    They got my order ready quickly and knew what the specials were. I was also glad to see that they were nice to the drivers with how cold it was outside

    Papa John's Pizza downtown Lincoln is probably the best pizza I have any other location. My opinion about this location was pretty good pizzas and was faster delivery.

    Papa John's has always been a favorite of my family's. As I get older, I find the grease is too much for me, but it's the first choice for my kids when we go for pizza.

    I've always had a good experience with this location at Q street in Lincoln. They've been courteous and tried to get our food prepared ASAP. We like to call ahead for carry out. They usually over estimate the time it takes. A 30 min wait is usually only 25.

    On our last visit, we brought home breadsticks. We ordered garlic, but they gave us regular. Before we got home and realized the mistake, they called me up to apologize and offered to make it right with a new order. Since we live out of town, they offered to send a post card with a free order instead. That's pretty good customer service! We will be back.
