SchillingBridge Cork & Tap House

This place is excellent. The ambient is very nice. One look at the menu and you'll know you came to a nice place. The waiter greeted us nicely. I had a beer flight and my wife had a wine flight. The beer flights are a little small compared to other places I've been, however, most place I've been will give you 4 small glasses for their flights, but SchillingBridge will give you 5. The wine flights are just right, in my opinion. We ordered the pulled pork nachos which were delicious followed by one of their gourmet burgers. Our food was excellent. I want to visit this place with friends on a cool night in the spring or summer to enjoy their outdoor seating complete with its outdoor fireplace.

I definitely had a much higher expectation of this place before I came - based on the marketing, I expected hefty pub food and solid craft beers. In reality, the place has a relaxing environment but rides the line between sports bar and actual restaurant poorly. You're going to find good but unexciting food here - the same applies to their beer and wine. The wait staff is very friendly and was willing to let my table run a few tasters each of different beers they had on tap. This place is incredibly safe and boring - so I would recommend it for lunch with coworkers and that's about it.

Drinks were good but Darcy forgot to put in our order. Couldn't leave the water cooler for later... the other server's tables with pasta (who came in later than us) were all served 20 minutes before us. The reply below doesn't hold water.

Friendly service. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The food was enjoyed by everyone at the table. They have an extensive drink menu. I appreciated the gluten free options. They even craft their own sodas. It is off the beaten path in a newly developed party of town. It was worth the drive, though.
