“Our order took forever to make even though they weren't busy at all. Our food was cold and most likely had been under the warmers. I complained about this. They said they would make our food again. No sorry about this or you will get your money back. No coupons, nothing. They seemed spaced out like they were on drugs. Second sack of food was a little better. Some of the food was cold and not made correctly. I just gave up.”

“What a pleasure to actually sit down in a Perkins and eat. So much I have missed dining in. This Perkins was Very Clean. The effort put forth by the crew is quite noteworthy. I wanted to find out who this manager was because it was such a great experience. Juana, has a solid grasp of walking that line between making a customer happy, and keeping the cleanliness going on around them... to be non-invasive. I was quite impressed. Mask and, gloves, yet April my waitress did all she could to make this a great eating environment during these tough times. Bravo! My choice today was the Meatloaf/mashed potatoes/whole kernel corn. Followed that up with a slice of fresh cherry pie. Everything came out as it should. Hot, fresh, and eye appealing. Can't say enough good things about the effort here. It made me realize these folks are doing this in spite of having barely enough booths available to turn a decent profit, yet marching on, they are. I like the atmosphere, and did you think it's a good place for everybody to find something to eat.my family has a lot of different dietary restrictions and we never have a problem finding sugar-free, gluten-free, healthy options, and unhealthy options. “First time trying Freddy's and trying Door dash pickup tonight for the family and it was done pretty quickly. They were helpful even after getting home to find out they threw the fry sauce in the bag, which opened up everywhere (including on my picky kids combo meal who doesn't eat fry sauce). I called, they had remade the order plus were kind enough to give us custards and custard cookies. That is way above and beyond for them, I even offered to pay for the custard's but the manager insisted on me not paying. After eating I will say we will be going back for both the delicious food, and the constant wonderful service. Even through all this the manager was so kind and not a mean tone ever.”

“Food was really good Employees were polite, Initial customer service was lacking. I was standing at the front counter for about 4 minutes before I was helped. In that time I had 3 different employees make eye contact with me, but it wasn't until one of them looked a second time before they acknowledged me to say they would be with me soon. As someone who has worked in customer service for close to 25 years, that's just something you do...even if you are busy (which they kind of were). Anyway, overall an alright experience.”
