Don't let the history of Rulo scare you! Some parts of the rest of the town may be a bit spooky, but this place serves a pretty good burger, and some unique fries that are really good. Friendly and attentive staff. Don't let your kids into the restroom if you don't want them reading the walls though!

Great scenic ride up 7 hwy, food is good

Stopped in for a quick dinner on our way to White Cloud. Saw all the positive reviews and decided to try it out. The reviews were not wrong! the food was amazing. We ordered our entree's with french fries, they were crispy and not greasy at all. I asked the waitress how they were made and she said in an air fryer. They were the best I've ever tasted. My husband said the Catfish was also the best he's ever had. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait to visit again.

Found this restaurant on Yelp as the closest to where we were staying the night and for a small town joint it was great. My daughter LOVED the grilled cheese! I had the Ruben and it was tasty; the cuts of meat were large and the bread was grilled perfectly! We sat outside and as the temperature cooled off it was beautiful, watching the Missouri River flow by.
