“Found this restaurant on Yelp as the closest to where we were staying the night and for a small town joint it was great. My daughter LOVED the grilled cheese! I had the Ruben and it was tasty; the cuts of meat were large and the bread was grilled perfectly! We sat outside and as the temperature cooled off it was beautiful, watching the Missouri River flow by.”

The place was packed so we did have to wait a bit for seating and unfortunately they are short handed on staff but those that were present were busting their butts to get all customers taken care of. “Interesting sandwiches. Had their signature Ranza sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger, and their double dipped onion rings. The two sandwiches were okay, I think I didn’t like the breading for the cheeseburger. Spices were a bit overwhelming for their Ranza. Onion rings were really great and their spices worked best for that breading. Parking is tight, definitely try to get here during off-lunch or dinner times.”

“Good food at a good price👍🏻 We were coming from the Loess Bluffs Wildlife Refuge. We did come in the late afternoon, so the location was not busy. The staff that we encountered was efficient, but not cheerful, but not rude either. The atmosphere was not overly welcoming and dim lighting. It was a cloudy day, so maybe they rely on sunshine to help out? The location was clean and restrooms were clean, with no baby changing station in the women's room. We didn't have to wait long at all and our food came out delicious. There are many menu items that looked good!”
