    I have been a regular at this location for more than a year now; the manager and crew have provided nothing less than stellar customer service to me every single time I have been there. The staff make an effort to ask about my day, memorize my name and regular order (even new staff, which makes me wonder if the manager has a training program to teach them about the regulars), and they even remembered my birthday in November after I had mentioned it in June. The coffee is always exactly how I want it, and is ready by the time I pull around every time.

    Honna, Katie, and the entire staff at this location are consummate professionals and are examples of what the industry standard should be. I could not more highly recommend this location.
