“Hubby and I wanted to try out a new place and we decided on here. As soon as I walked into the store we were greeted. Ernesto took our order and he helped me with the menu and their items. We decided to go with the cheese steak and the grilled Italian. My husband said his cheesy steak had so much flavor and has never had one with pizza sauce. He said it was the best cheesy steak sub he has had in a while. My Italian sub was also very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised how good the subs are. We will be coming back and trying more stuff from the menu.”

“The chicken is pretty good, I think we can all agree on that. But what makes this place stand-out on my list... the staff. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The only thing that would make this place better is if their upper management could get a chip-reader for their payment processing system. There is a bank next door to grab money from an ATM, but that is a little inconvenient; they just need to spend a little money to upgrade their systems. Other than that... great place to go!”

“I have been a regular at this location for more than a year now; the manager and crew have provided nothing less than stellar customer service to me every single time I have been there. The staff make an effort to ask about my day, memorize my name and regular order (even new staff, which makes me wonder if the manager has a training program to teach them about the regulars), and they even remembered my birthday in November after I had mentioned it in June. The coffee is always exactly how I want it, and is ready by the time I pull around every time. Honna, Katie, and the entire staff at this location are consummate professionals and are examples of what the industry standard should be. I could not more highly recommend this location.”

“This place is busy!. We went at an off time and there still was a 20min wait to get a table. The selection of burgers is crazy. "Juicy" was our waiter and was very personable and funny. He was also very helpful with any questions we asked. I will definitely bring my friends here but pay close attention to the google traffic graph.”

The staff are friendly enough, but service was not very fast (during weekday lunchtime) or always efficient. (It took several tries to get my soft drink refill correct.) Fortunately, as long as you have the time and a bit of patience, the experience is satisfactory. The restaurant looked clean and the quality of the food was as expected for this restaurant chain.”

“Ok experience. Some servers are better than others. The concretes are delicious but sometimes they don't make them thick enough. The summer special for 1/2 price shakes is the best! “This place is great usually. They have a lot of real hard workers behind the counter. I get the veggie bowl and you get a ton more food by getting a bowl or salad. You can ask for extra beans and rice and veggies for no charge. Always a great experience and did tastes amazing. In the photo I have lettuce, brown rice, black beans, mild, medium, and hot, with peppers and onions, and corn with guacamole my meal total came to $7.33 after tax”

“I debated between a 4 and 5 star rating. I Ultimately gave them a 5 because of their service. The steak we received was over seasoned for my tastes but my partner said he could eat it but also agreed. The baked potato I had was a bit dry as well. I did not bring these up as an issue because I just forgot to and it wasn't a big deal as my partner was willing to eat the rest of it, so I'm not going to count it against them. I feel like they would have fixed it as the last time I had an issue they went above and beyond. My partners steak was fine. The amount of asparagus is very little though. It's actually a very comfortable restaurant to go to. It has large booths and easy parking. You are offered fresh bread as soon as you sit. For the price it's ok. You can hit up some of their deals to make your money go further. They have a dine 4 times and get 50% of your next bill deal with dine with us (something you need to sign up for). The nice thing is there are a few restaurants so you aren't limited to this one.”

“Stopped in here one evening for a beer and a couple of Keno games. I did not eat here but folks around me had. From what I could see, the food was delicious and plentiful. They are plenty of places to sit; bar, tables and booths. No smoking and TVs on every wall. Pick your venue, basketball, football, etc. Not noisy or crowded.”
