Local Beer Patio Kitchen

I ordered the poutine and a whisky sour. Both were fantastic. I loved the poutine so much I actually ordered more to go! Who knew you could find incredible poutine in Nebraska?! They did run out of sour mix for my drink, but they made more on the spot and my drink was delicious. The service was great, everything was clean. I have zero complaints.

Service was very good and food was hot & very tasty. I would go back for sure.
The only downside I saw was the tv viewing experience. Everywhere you sit except at the bar, you have to really crank your head to see them. But definitely not a deal breaker by any means.

The food was very good. I had the garlic Parmesan fried drumsticks and they were lightly battered, crispy on the outside and very juicy in the inside. They also have a fairly good selection of local beers. All the servers were polite and were doing their best to keep up with what appears to have been an sudden rush of clients.

Based on google maps, it doesn’t seem to be normal for this location to be fully packed for lunch on a Friday. The wait for food was 1hr and overall it was a 2hrs lunch including the time eating and waiting to order. Everyone was working hard to get everyone taken cared of. Something that may have contributed to the scalability is that each waiter had to prepare their own drinks instead adopting an assembly line approach where you split the duties and have a dedicated person completing an specific task.

The Draft Beer : Roc Hopper English Toffee Porter is awesome!! 5 stars for the beers, the Flat pizza is good, not the best but is good. The place safe and very clean, if you have time, is good options.
