    Initial visit
    Good solid counter service restaurant.

    Ambiance: nice clean restaurant.

    I liked that the manager came out to ask how people felt their meal was.
    When ordering I placed my order but was not asked if I wanted anything else. I felt like I needed to know exactly what I wanted. Usually places will prompt you asking if you want sides or dessert etc.
    There was a bunch of sauces on the side but I never found out what that was for. I ordered a burrito and my gf ordered a salad. It would have been nice to have had some things explained to us on how it worked.
    Service (when not from the manager) was cordial and Curt.

    My gf thought her salad was ok. Her look was a 3, her words seemed to imply a 4.
    My burrito was good. The meat was tasty but I would have liked if it had more cheese. When you are building it, they ask you what you want, but I wasn't sure if I could ask for more. The filing wasnt evenly balanced... so one side had all the rice, the other had all the meat. It's kind of typical of a build your own burrito where the filling is added next to each other.

    Protip: when I went to pay there was no tipping option when I did Visa. They just charge you what it is. They do have a cash tip jar.

    Note: unlike regular fast food joints they do clean up the tables after you.

    Stopped in here today to get a couple of their amazing steak rice bowls. Spencer was the manager on duty and he himself made both bowls, was the cashier for us as well. He was very friendly and professional. The food was good but spencers friendliness and service was above and beyond.

    Pretty good food. I had a bowl. Didntl ook like a lot, even with double meat, but it was filling. When Im in town definitely be back.

    The food was really good. We all had steak phillys and there were no complaints. The staff were all very friendly and the manager made sure to check on customers in the dining room to make sure everything was good. The only issue was the cleanliness of serving line/kitchen. It was approximately 2:30 when we were in the store and it did not look like any cleanup had been done in quite awhile. This is a problem since it's an open kitchen design and the customers can see everything going on. The store was pretty busy and they must've been understaffed which kept them from being able to keep up with cleaning. there was food and toppings everywhere. It could easily cause people to skip going here the next time they're at the outlets.

    It's definitely a step up from a lot of fast food places. They make your food hot to order. I was particularly happy that they let me order a kid's chicken Philly for myself.

    I'm going to make one nonfood related suggestion. They have two singleton restrooms, one labeled men and one labeled women. They both lock, of course. So I think it makes lots more sense to just label both rooms "restroom" and let everyone user whichever one is open.

    It would also be nice to have a few wastebaskets/recycle bins.
