The appetizer trio is DELICIOUS!! We can’t stop thinking about it. The Al Pastor street tacos are amazing. They remind me of the best ones I’ve ever had in my life that I could only get at a dive restaurant in Davis, CA. Now I don't have to use my CA friend for tacos!!! My kids loved the quesadillas. This new ownership is fantastic!
Food was great with good sized portions. I ordered curbside pick up and staff was very cheerful. I am a first time customer and will go back again.
The food and service was awesome. I bought extra salsa to take home! This is one of those places that should have a line out the door every night! Unfortunately we live in this area where there are too many restaurants and everyone gets to try something different every night. I hope that with a little fan fare and a lot of consistency, this bistro will be open for a LONG time!
I have been here twice in the last few weeks for lunch. Both times I have had the street taco combo. One with brisket, one with steak, and one with pork. The food is really good and really worth coming for. That the location tried, and failed under two names and other management, probably scares people away and that's why I hadn't tried this one until recently. These folks have no connection to the last you failed restaurants at the location. Definitely going to try other as I get there more. Reasonably priced too!
We were very hesitant to try this place after reading some of the other reviews. However we were happily surprised with our food and overall experience here. My only complaint is the seating arrangement is poorly planned. Lots of wasted room and tables up against each other. I literally had to push our table a foot away from the people behind us in order to eat comfortably. Minor issue but again a inconvenience. The food was delicious. We split the chicken nachos and steak fajitas. The chicken was shredded and covered with multiple cheeses. Very tasty. I ate more nachos then anything here. The fajitas were also great. Very surprised after others had mentioned these exact items not being very good. They were both awesome. The free nachos and salsa were nothing special. The salsa was very bland. But you can’t complain much for a free item. In all, we would definitely go back again. It’s a small dinner like atmosphere. The waitress checks on you more then you need but that’s a good thing compared to being abandoned in other restaurants. Contrary to previous reviews I definitively recommend the shredded chicken nachos and tacos!
