The Papillion Taco Guy

Special of the day was an elote bowl. Basically Mexican street corn with your choice of chicken, pork or brisket. Delicious! We ordered one of each and a chicken taco. The meat is very flavorful and amazing, tender without being dry. The corn was fresh tasting, the sour cream was mixed with lime and the signature seasoning which has really good flavor but I had to make sure it was throughly mixed with the other ingredients or else it was too salty alone for my taste. I can see why it's called taco guy because the chicken taco was something I would get again. (Unfortunately we started eating before I remembered to take pictures.)
This location is basically a tiny store with a counter. There is just enough room to order and wait. There are stools and a small eating counter if you want to eat inside. It was a unexpected sunny day so we sat at one of the two outside tables. We met the "taco guy" himself. Very friendly and accommodating. All in all a fun lunch adventure!

I stopped in for the first time today and decided to try out the 3 brisket tacos and I'm so glad I got three of them. The tacos were amazing and had tons of flavor each bite had me coming back for more. I asked for their hot hot sauce which was some type of African pepper and it just elevated my experience and brought out just the right amount of heat i was looking for. I highly recommend The Papillion Taco Guy you won't be disappointed.

This place is the Home of Yummy & highly Delish food! Seriously, smoked meat taco...uummm Yeah!! I Loved the smoked pulled meat of chicken tacos. But he has smoked beef brisket & smoked pork too.
This is a place, one Must experience to enjoy what true "Yum" really tastes like. 😊

The tacos are on point. All of the meats are smoked. Brisket, chicken, pork... The brisket taco is my favorite, however, each of them are FULL of flavors. The toppings are fresh. The hot sauce is amazing. Definitely need a napkin with these...

Do yourself a favor and get the smoked brisket taco from Pallion Taco Guy! This ain't your ordinary taco joint, folks. The tender, smoky brisket is like a flavor explosion in your mouth.

And let's talk about the special blend South African hot sauce! It's got that perfect kick, taking this taco to the next level! I couldn't get enough of it, and neither will you!

Only thing missing is a name for the hot sauce. My vote, Hot Scott's Hot Shot!
