“Alley Cats Bowling opened in early 2024 and is a much-needed addition to Red Cloud's restaurant scene. Don and Tammy renovated the old bowling alley into a mod, 1960s-era joint with colorful retro furnishings and a super fun vibe. Six lanes of bowling are available for you to knock down the pins. They expanded the dining room to offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food is really quite delicious (numerous people recommended the Reuben, and I second that). It's a family business with their daughters and son-in-law all stepping up to give you a great experience. During the Willa Cather Spring Conference (June 2024), my friends and I ate there three times, and every time the service was friendly and efficient, the food yummy, and the atmosphere a delight. They treated us like family. I look forward to returning next year!”
