“Had a very good experience at the Arrow, very friendly staff. Jacob the front desk attendant is an exceptional employee, who was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and linens were in excellent condition. Our room 309 was quiet with no traffic noise. Highly recommend. We stayed in the older section which was our preferred location. We also ate in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal, steaks were local and crème brûlée was house made very delicious.”

“One of the best tacos asada I have had. Enough steak to make 6 tacos instead of the usual 3. Had to take some home. They are a block off of the town square on a corner. There was only one server for all the tables while we were there, but once our order was placed food came out amazingly fast. Everything tasted fresh and complementary chips were crisp not greasy and salsa was good 👍”

“I have always had great food here, and the service is good. We eat in or get orders to go more often than I would like to admit, as there is a great selection of food and it's always delicious. They are very fast with orders and you never have to wait long for your food, regardless if you are in a party of two, or part of a group of 12+. They do not bring your check to the table, you have to go to the counter/register by the front door to get your total and pay. The only reason why I will not give them five stars is because, relatively consistently for at least the last four years (since I have been paying attention), if the owner rings up our food, he will ring up each meal at $1 higher than the meal was listed on the menu. I have called him on it and usually he voids the transaction and rings it up again at the price listed on the menu, but he's also told me the prices changed but they hadn't been able to update the menus, or that I "had extra cheese" (not the case), or something. I have not experienced any of the other employees doing this, only the owner. Know your menu prices when you go to pay, or grab a menu at the register to follow along while he rings you up, and then don't forget to add tax. At this point, it is just a petty issue that drives me nuts, and it doesn't stop us from patronizing the restaurant because it's delicious. Be aware that they add a small fee to use a debit/credit card for payment, rather than cash, as many businesses do. If you read the sign on the counter that says "save money, use cash" - this does not mean you get a discount if you use cash. It means you don't have to pay the credit card convenience fee if you pay with cash. Also be aware if you get orders to-go, there may be a small fee added to cover the cost of the disposable containers. I don't mind paying convenience fees, but full disclosure of these fees is always appreciated.”

“It was last Friday.. I hit something right outside of Cortland and was lucky enough to make it the gas station before my tire was flat!! First and for most ur gas station was so nice and clean that I felt safe there so that was a major bonus! Also the gal Ellen who mind you was outside sweeping in freezing weather! Was the nicest person ever when she could clearly tell I was having a terrible day she went above and beyond! I ordered the lobster pizza because it was lent, Called and told my husband who insisted I get something else… instead of making me pay for two pizzas she was sweet enough to just buy the other one and take my lobster one home that my husband didn’t want!! Talk about amazing customer service!! I will never for get how kind she was to me!!”

“We are so glad we stopped at this restaurant during our cross country drive. Miguel greeted us with warmth and was very personable. We enjoyed listening to him tell us the family story of coming and starting a restaurant and finally settling down in Nebraska with this wonderful place to serve such great Mexican dishes. The food was fresh cooked and very flavorful. The service was excellent and feels as if we made a friend that fed us well and was good company while we dined.
