Little Caesars Pizza

We were passing through Carson City from out of staye and wanted a quick meal as we prepared to leave for home the next morning. On the hotel tv was an ad for Little Ceasars. We've never ordered pizza from Little Caesars, but the pizza looked too good not to try.

We ordered on-line for pick-up. The process was easy, quick, and we were able to get text message updates on the progress of our order.

When we arrived at the store, we were warmly greeted and we entered a special code into a warming oven to receive our Hawaiian pizza. It looked exactly like the pizza in the television commercial and hit the spot for each of us.

The only thing we could ask is that they have paper plates available for those of us who are on the road and spending the night in a hotel room.

I called my order in and the guy very pleasant and knew the menu well. Easy to find, parking good. Although very busy I didn't wait but 7 mins for my fresh & right out of the oven pizza! My go to fast pizza place.

The food was good, great price. The kids working there were respectful. The wait time was excessive. Told 15 minutes, I timed my arrival at 32 minutes and was told it wasn't ready. No problem but then 20 minutes later I had to ask again and someone had put it in the box without informing anyone. Pizza was good but not fresh. They need better management.

The employee took my order gave me an estimated waiting time and was respectful & kind. Nothing compared to past employees who gave me dirty looks for ordering 2 pizza's that would take roughly 7-10mins to make. Nor were the current staff there being loud or cussing, yelling back and fourth about how "drunk they got" the night before. Which oddly enough has happened before with past employees of Little Caesars on hwy 50. The staff they had TODAY were soooo much better.
