“A classic of Carson City. While originally founded on Carson street or old hwy 395. Now a local plugin on the north side. Vegan\Vegetarian options are available. A veggie spring roll came out as a surprise as I awaited the vegetable chow mien. A quiet place as I popped in during a low time. The waitress being of authentic Chinese effect had little western appeal. So I can understand the comments otherwise being an understanding of that and not expecting different. I find I was provided service accordingly. The food was an edible taste of a time when so much oil on noodles was a "tasty" delight. A single lunch dish is better suited with a small combo as full plates are family-style. I'd recommend an adaption for that to improve lunch business. .anyways, Chinese culture & food is authentically prepared in thus Chinese American classic Golden Dragon. You can get beer & wine here.”

“We haven't been to Round Table Pizza in over 3 months mostly because they got rid of their thin crust pizza, the only reason we went back to Round Table today was My Wife wanted a Salad Bar and a Peach Tea. To my surprise thin crust has returned to Round Table which was great however they removed the Peach Tea from their menu, oh well at least thin crust is back. I got to say the place was the cleanest I've ever seen it and custom service was spot on !!”

“I was driving by and saw this restaurant on my way to another restaurant and I do not regret diverting my path to come to this restaurant instead. Upon entering the restaurant I instantly knew this wasn’t like any other restaurant. The staff was very professional and polite in attending my group of 6 people. They guided us to a table and brought us complimentary water and chips with salsa. They didn’t pressure us to hurry up and decide like other restaurant and instead waited for us patiently until we were ready. Their service was quick and professional. They brought all of our food at the same time except one plate. The waitress had forgotten one plate but quick realized she forgot the plate. She brought the plate still hot and apologized. I happily accept her apology because I had barely finished my other plate. They brought me complimentary dessert as an apology for their mistake, which they handled professionally unlike many other restaurants not wanting to take blame. They didn’t rush us with the bill and instead waited for all of us to finish and asked if we wanted anything else. Apart from their professional work and way of handling mistakes. They made the most delicious Mexican food I had had in a long time at a restaurant. I live in Los Angeles and I didn’t live so far I would come often. As I read most of the comments I would see the most negative reviews and see that these people would mostly be white people who have never tasted authentic real Mexican food like this. If you read this ignore the negative reviews they have never tasted real Mexican food like this.”

“YUM!!! Best chili relleno I have ever had. Light fluffy batter, delicious sauce and huge peppers. The Beans are so flavorful. I Cant say enough. I will be back every time I'm in Carson. They are also such nice people! I am a huge fan of authentic Mexican foods. This place is the best I have had in a long time! Portions are wonderful for the price and the salsa bar is really extensive and yummy! Its always that unexpected place that's the best!!”

“I wish there was one in Reno. Now that the other sandwich place that "toasts" their sandwiches is all but gone the way of the dinosaurs Firehouse Subs, is my new favorite toasted sandwich place. Their sandwiches are really tasty & their service is good. I've only been there a few times as I don't got to Carson City very often,so I've only had 3 of their sandwiches. All were good but of the ones I tried the meatball was my least favorite.”

“Dairy Queen has The Best lunch deal in all of fastfoodom! I'm referring to their $5.00 lunch deal. Today, I got the 3-piece chicken strips, french fries, a large drink of my choice and an ice-cream Sundae; I love their strawberry sundaes. We get it to go because we have 2 small children and we've never had to wait in line long and have always gotten the food we ordered; no mistakes when we opened our bags at home.”

“This is a really fun place to go with family, on a date or whenever. The food is always good. The garlic cheese bread bowl is the BEST. Make sure you order that right away because it takes a bit to bake it but oh my gosh so worth it! They have always had live music when we have been there and I always bring friends or family from out of town when we can. Sad part is they are closed on Mondays now and for some unknown reason that's when we always wanted to go, said for me I know. “Not a bad Mexican food restaurant for the price. Nothing too special. Some of their dishes are surely fresh and authentic, but many almost seem microwaved. More expensive dishes have what seem like fresh tortillas, but less expensive tacos are very rubbery and disappointing. Also, a major key to successful Mexican food is missing: Lime quality. Their limes are sub-par. Except in the Margaritas, their Margaritas are best in town...”

“This restaurant is in a very slow shopping area and the exterior is a bit uninviting. I frequented this restaurant years ago and I felt the prices got too expensive for the average food. I went here last month for the first time in about 6 years and was impressed. Very fast and polite service, and I think the food improved substantially. The food appears more authentic Mexican rather than too American, tasted great, looked great, and I still like the atmosphere inside. The nice interior does not match the exterior. The prices are still a bit too high, but I have seen other sit-down Mexican restaurants raising their prices as well, so it may be similar to others. But now, the food matches it too. And, again, I really like it inside. Best chips and salsa I have had in a while.”
