“Have heard so much about this place and was happy to finally visit. Enjoyed everything about it. Friendly, helpful staff. Great pastries and delicious smooth decaf latte. Love that they ask if you are eating in and serve on reusable blue plates and cups. Coffee is also for sale in paper bags. It is fair trade sourced and roasted there. If you need the beans ground, they will do that for you too after purchase.”

“Despite the only issue I had it was a great place to eat. The prices are worth it. The food was fresh and you could taste it. The manager fixed my issue right away. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. The gentleman they had cleaning lobby was respectful and friendly. He kept up on the cleaning of the lobby. He had just come out to clean lobby and a lady had asked if he could wipe a certain table so they could sit and he did it with no problem. I like this store because I always feel valued here”

“Although the 1st waitress I seen was busy, the cashier lady was extremely nice and very courteous to me. I sat there for a little while, and then I just ask the the lady at the cashier, who was very nice and she got me piece of pie. She was very courteous and very respectful. Just the kind of person that you would expect to work in a restaurant. If it was based off of the 1st waitress I seen, I would have probably gave a different rating. But 2nd lady made it a little bit more memorable.”

The young lady taking my order was polite and friendly, the food was decent and I felt I could sit a while without any issues. You can tell there are a few regular "weirdos" that hang around but I didn't catch any trouble from them. I believe it when people talk about pan handlers harassing folks outside - this area is heavy with those types. Unless you're planning on trying to eat outside or want to linger in the parking lot, you'll be fine swinging through here.”

They have specials and soups on a board inside the restaurant too. Today they had two soups; pasta fagioli and Italian wedding. Both soups were excellent! We love soup so this already made us very happy. I had the chef salad. The salad was large very fresh with quality ingredients. My husband had fish and chips. He said it was very good. It came with 3 pieces of fish, coleslaw (clearly homemade!) and chips. The chips were a combo of thin fries, curly fries and tots. Everything we had was clearly homemade made with fresh quality ingredients. We will be returning to Anna's often!! FYI..Anna's is located in the shopping center on Horizon Ridge and Eastern where CVS and Bank of America are and right next to Port of Subs. Open 7 days a week 8am to 4pm.”
