It was truly providence that I ended up in Parking Lot at 2-3 AM on a Wednesday because otherwise I never would have found this place. First I went for Eggs and then I went back for More. These eggs are like no other eggs, these. And the owner is quite the mad lad.
I was skeptical but intrigued, but let me tell you, you simply must go.
I cannot stress it enough; I mean wow, these eggs are really something. Highly recommend if you're in the area. I literally cannot give more than five stars, but if I could do more, I would do more.
One point worth noting about the eggs is that they gave me no eagle powers, and they gave me no nutrients, nonetheless you shouldn't come for just the eggs, because you'll get more than just eggs.
You'll find that the owner is just a one of a kind stand up kind of guy, I mean, wow what a guy he is. Check it out, you won't regret it. Eggs and more and then some.
After spending a very long, agonizing night in the casinos I set out on a journey to find breakfast. I needed something to take my mind off of the fact I had almost just lost my house in a game of hacky sack.
I quickly typed in ‘breakfast near me’ and was captured by the title immediately. ‘Eggs & More’. I was intrigued, what was more? I assumed maybe some toast and perhaps even some maple syrup. The ‘more’ was simply much more than that though. I walked away with a new perspective on life after meeting the owner. I wish I would have caught their name!
Now, onto the breakfast:
Biting into these eggs was like biting into an egg. But not just any egg- A delicious egg! Be sure to come here for all your egg needs. This will absolutely be my egg supplier for many years to come.
Best experience I've ever had at a restaurant since I was a child. I will definitely be coming here every single day for the rest of my life. If I am ever thrown in jail, I will have their sunny side up eggs as my last meal.
