First time trying this place - it’s definitely different! Sandwiches, salads, soups, power bowls & desserts. Lots and lots of variety! We did the 2for $20 with salad and sandwiches, roll & chocolate dipped strawberry. I tried the Cobb and crab and avocado sandwich. All silverware is wrapped with a fork, knife, spoon and napkin (a bit more plastic waste than I like) and we couldn’t find salt and pepper, but that’s ok! The food was tasty - the workers were very friendly and kept cleaning the entire time. They did have a lot of to-go orders during the time we were there, so lots of people in and out, and lots of deliveries! I am going to try again and bring hubby next time!
The location is brand new so it was extremely busy during lunch hour.
They have a great selection of fresh salads, 8 great soups and 6-8 sandwich options. Their bread is always fresh, and so far every soup flavor that I have tried has been excellent.
The crab sandwich is mostly bread, not their best work. Other items I’ve tried have been mostly great.
The mango berry salad is excellent but unless you want it swimming in dressing get that on the side. I would assume this is the case with any of their salads when dining in. You will not have this issue if you order takeout.
Desserts are top notch - the million dollar bar is enough for several people. Overall I love their food options.
Delicious and great service! It was quick and efficient to order. They were out of a couple things, but not too bad. I ordered the half soup/half salad combo and it was exactly what I was hoping for! Can't wait to return!
Food was great. I’m excited they have a closer location to my house.
It was a little hectic but what do you expect
on opening day? If you’ve been to a Zupas before you kind of understand the flow, you order your food and you follow it through like a conveyer belt.
The staff was a little lost, needed someone there to kind of supervise them and dictate where they all should’ve been. They all looked pretty young, bringing in staff from other locations to guide them would’ve been a good start. Management failed them there. It’s understandable, I eventually
got my food and let them know they’re doing a good job given the circumstances.
