Red Lobster

I haven't eaten at Red Lobster in a long time. We decided to go to the new location and I'm glad we did. It was so beautiful inside. I had a nice clean look. Different from all the other locations that I've been too. It had a nice coastal feel to it. We had a nice waitress named Gayle. Our appetizer was late coming out so they didn't charge for it. My crab legs was also cold, so our waitress made sure my plate didn't come out until they fixed it also. When my meal arrived, it was delicious. Looking forward to going back again.

Newly opened Restaurant. Seems to always be busy but staff makes sure your wait is not too long. Food is served fast. They have a to go station in case you want to enjoy at home. At busy times this may be your best option.

The profile of this particular meal didn't wow me at all .
It seems like the cook lacked imagination to bring this dish to it's full potential so it could be appreciated.

There was to much sauce in this particular dish and it lacked flavor, ( to us ), color with herbs and peppers.

It was our second visit their, which we can appreciate since we live close to the Red Lobster Restaurant on Craig Blvd.

I think you should either have the cooks take some refresher classes to boost their cooking imagination.

On the positive side, ( although you can't eat the decor ), the Red Lobster Restaurant on Craig Blvd enjoys the best designed.

I do think leaving the theme of Red Lobster could have been made a little more present to the Ocean decor, yet to take a Bold Leap from the normal path of other Red Lobster was refreshing giving this particular Red Lobster location a little more elegance and modern flair.

As a food critic I look for imagination of the chefs to present meals to the customer as a hypnotic expression of art.

You can tell a lot about a cook who Express his passions with the meals he prepares.

It exudes with flavors that gifts the customer with memories that gives the customer pleasure to share the excitement of their me with others weather by word of mouth or Social Media.

This Red Lobster has a different feel to it than other locations. The atmosphere seems upbeat and there's a lot of bright lighting. Our waitress was amazing. She was polite and matched our pace. It didn't feel like she was rushing us but we also didn't feel like she was taking too long. I loved it and I will definitely be back!

Steak was a little over seasoned and over cooked for ordering it rare. Service was on adequate, but adequate is the baseline of proper service so nothing too terrible there. Restaurant was too cold though. It is much brighter than the Decatur location but we were split as a family on which ambience we preferred. All around I can recommend this location but personally will be sticking with the Decatur location. Other than the steak everything was prepared perfectly.
