The Delta Saloon

Historic place! But it's gated off and closed now. It's too bad.

This place has a great historical atmosphere. I've been here a few times over the years and they have always had decent food and been relatively friendly. If you go there during the hottest part of summer, it is a nice way to get out of the heat for a bit and relax. The menu as of last check was reasonable and the staff did a good job keeping the place clean.

I've enjoyed my visits here. It does usually take a bit to get your order, particularly if you are there in the off season, but that is likely because they do not have as much staff. Overall, a good place to go.

Great time and everyone we met was extremely helpful and very friendly. They even remember us the next day to helped us set up a ghost hunt without us having to call around to set it up

This place was clean, relatively modern and the bar tender was awesome... The place was clean, and it was cool.... Like temperature cool. This might seem trivial but in Virginia City in 2018 Air Conditioning is a luxury (yea I know, they're still living like its 1890 in this town when it comes to AC). I could have sat here all day and talked with the bar tender and the guests.. Just a really great place to stop and get a drink..

Food was delicious! I ordered the French dip and it was stuffed with meat. Side order of Cole slaw. The Cole slaw was spicy with bits of chopped jalapeno peppers! It was a good flavor that I was iffy about, but it was yummy. My hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich and that stuffed with pastrami if you're a meat lover and side Cole slaw. You get your money's worth and flavorful foods.
