Although I had a bad experience using the app to place an order which ended up in their Roseville location, the staff corrected the situation promptly. I think there might be a bug in the app so will order via phone or a web browser next time. Kudos to the staff at the store for delivering an excellent customer experience... “Recently our experiences at Taco Bell in Reno have been less than Stellar. So we found this one cuz daughter had a craving. The counter help was very helpful even though they switched in the middle for a manager to relieve someone at break. They were very nice and our food came out in about two minutes nice and hot and tasting how Taco Bell is supposed to and not funkified. The restaurant was clean and the temperature is great in here.”

On my last visit I was overcharged for my order and the area around the drinks was not particularly clean.
