This place has delicious BBQ food with tons of meat options, lots of sides, and very tasty dessert options as well. It's been on my to go to list for a while and I'm glad I finally made it here for lunch. A little pricey like most BBQ places are but it was worth it. Definitely will be back to try all the other options they have on the menu.
I'd say the only things I wasn't too thrilled with were the cornbread and smaller sized portion of fries. Besides that, all the food was 10/10.
The table had four different BBQ sauses you could use and all were equally great on the meat. Tarter sauce was good for the fried fish as well.

This place is absolutely 100% legit! We got the Friday fish special and the pulled pork with fried okra and mac and cheese. I'm not even done eating and I already want to come back!The fish is fried perfectly and every sauce is amazing. Only complaint is that the mac and cheese is a little over cooked

We were a party of 4, we ordered bbq combos, fried catfish & a pulled pork sandwich... Sides - hush puppies, coleslaw, baked beans, red beans and rice, greens & mac n cheese. EVERYTHING was delicious, with the exception of the mac n cheese (kind of Kraft style). Our meats, brisket, beef link and pulled pork (fantastic!) flavorful and tender. Chicken wings (with/without sauce) fried golden and juicy, as was the catfish! Be careful though, we arrived at around 5:15 p.m. (they closed at 7 p.m.) they were out of ribs... Sigh. NEXT TIME!! The staff are great also (helpful and patient). PLEASE DON'T CHANGE CAROLINA KITCHEN & BBQ, I want to come back the next time I'm in the Reno/Sparks area!!! Yummy yum.

Wow this so amazing! All you can eat catfish and cod on friday. That make my week right there. Delicious food and wonderful staff. Thanks for all the amazing years.
