“Food was good... Prime Rib sandwiches, one order with fries and second order with coleslaw. Service was good, however we ordered one sandwich without onions... came with onions! When we told KJ there was no acknowledgement. Ordered a Raspberry tea in a to-go cup if available, it came at the end of meal and with apology for forgetting. No charge for that. Beautiful establishment and atmosphere. Overall it was a good experience!!”

“I had the Pub patty melt w/onion rings. The meat was cooked perfectly. And whatever sauce was on it, was like none I've had before. Didn't need any extras. Delicious as is. Also the owner of the bar was very kind which made the experience all that much more comfortable. I definitely recommend this establishment if your ever in that neighborhood. 👍🤘”

“Organic Chicken Platter - Kinda bland but it’s still delicious. Lamb Burger with Crispy Schmaltz Potato; added Fried Halloumi - Must try! We added fried halloumi, that’s a white, semi-hard, salty cheese, traditionally made from goat or sheep's milk. It compliments the tasty lamb flavour. The Schmaltz Potato was amazing. The way they chopped it, seasoned, and fried it, gave more crispy texture to it. So delicious. Most worth it and delicious dish in the menu (IMO). Crispy Octopus - The chef did a great job with this one too. It was crisp on the outside while it’s softer than usual on the inside. Seasoning and sauce was good too. Iced Mountain Tea - Tasty and refreshing but there’s too much ice! It’s basically $5.75 for three sips. French press coffee was good. Staff was attentive and friendly. Restroom was super clean, pink and pretty.”

“Unique little place with an unconventional approach to ice cream flavors. If you're the adventurous sort, definitely try the All-In-Black. And don't settle for a sample; get a scoop. You'll think the sample is interesting but that hardly does it justice. Sandwiches are good and there's beer in the fridge, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.”

“A great 100% vegan restaurant. We loved the wings and Seaweed Fries. The asada fries were a bit spicy. The menu has clearly listed allergens. Nice patio for the pooches. Great customer service.”

“Tonight was out first time dining at Marcolino's. The owner was delightful along with the rest of the staff. They were attentive without being pushy or even very noticed. Filling water glasses and clearing dishes without interrupting our conversation. We actually had to ask the to leave plates to show off how we ate everything in reach. The food was great. Memories of Italy played on the walls and danced on my tongue. Can't wait to return. We had the fried Raviolis, pesto tortellini, and Chicken Marcella.”

“Lots of pinball machines, most of which are in pretty good working order. A few arcade machines. Skeeball too. Cocktails not too pricey. $10-13 per drink, and for many whiskies they use the nice large ice balls. Had the cauliflower nachos... Pretty decent.”

“As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a happy employee she has very good customer service that alone will make me return. There's a lot of different donuts red velvet, old fashioned, 3 different flavors of donuts holes (just to name a few) you can choose from they even have breakfast croissants. As soon as we got in the car we started eating them lol. So good.”

“Listen, I’ve eaten pizza all across the US, and I thought I’d had the best. But this Detroit-style pizza won my tummy over! The outer crust has a good crunch, and the inside is so soft and chewy. The cheese is obviously fresh, melted perfectly, and the sauce was TO DIE FOR. Little hint of spice without being too much. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and a few different people checked in to see how the pizza tasted. Do yourself a favor and go try this goodness!”

“Rosewood is a nice addition to the neighborhood and the fourth restaurant I've seen in this suite over the last decade. I hope it has much better luck than its predecessors. I called in a takeout order on a Friday night. When I arrived, I decided to try their drink special while waiting for my food at the bar. The drink was a hibiscus margarita--sweet but very good and beautifully garnished. On inspection, the regular menu looks tasty and my neighbors at the bar seemed pleased with their food selections including skirt steak ($30) and kale salad (though the kale didn't look like it should be $16). My takeout food was delicious, though sadly not a regular item on the menu. The ambience and modern decor has remained much the same as two restaurants ago. With a large bar area, there's no reason Rosewood can't become a new neighborhood gathering spot.”
