“I cannot say enough about the employees at this store. I recently stopped there to purchase my regular "Epic" fountain diet coke. When I came to leave I had locked my keys in my car. Berlin PD informed me they could not help for at least 2 hours. To the rescue Don Coy...apparently store manager...to the rescue. It took him a few minutes but he got me into my car. I wanted to pay him but he would not hear of it. Thank you to everyone there who helped me from the cashier, Kathy, Don....a million times thank you.”

“We stopped here for a quick breakfast before hiking Mt. Washington. We picked it solely based on their 6am opening time. We were greeted, quickly seated and served warmly by a lovely, personable lady. Then we got to chat with the owner, who sounds like more of an interior designer than a restaurant owner- but apparently its the other way around! We were chatting over coffee about the insanely beautiful interior of the place....a warm, inviting industrial influence with a touch of rustic farmhouse. You'd almost miss it if you didn't know it was here as they don't have much signage outside yet. It's only been open for 5 weeks! I had the BLT with egg breakfast sandwich, and it was amazing. They are planning to have live music in the future too! We will definitely be back! ❤❤❤”

“One among the best resorts available near by Mt. Washington. The drive is around 40-45 minutes from this resort. The rooms are spacious and maintained well. Also, they have a pool if you want to chill out. The only disadvantage is they don’t have free breakfast, but they have a restaurant within the resort where you can buy food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. To give a heads up, they don’t have proper vegetarian food.”

“Good but not great, only because many dishes arrived cold (piece of pork belly in amuse-bouche, scallop, duck breast, arctic char, creme brulee) and/or overcooked (duck breast and arctic char). If these two things were better this would be a solid value for the $70 prix fixe pricetag as the ingredients and other aspects of the preparation were great.”

“Great locally sourced food and drinks with super service (Collette is a gem). So far, the Tavern Burger made from local beef and the shrimp and grits are my favorite dishes. As for cocktails, my new favorite is their Tiramisu Martini with the Strawberry Screwdriver a close second. And it's a bonus that the dining room looks out on the Presidential Range.”

“GREAT service, DELICIOUS FOOD. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this place for breakfast or lunch. Linda the host was exceptional. Our waitress Cherie was great. We were 1000% satisfied. Side note : we stayed at The lodge room were so outdated. Plus they advertise a hot tub. Apparently you have to go the sister hotel across the street for the hot tub and food. The cost was overpriced and the service was terrible. Never again”

“Food was excellent. I hit it around lunch time on a Thursday and the place was pretty crowded and the food was fresh with staff constantly reloading items on the buffet. Lunch buffet was also a great deal came to a little under $12 with drink and taxes. Overall one of the best Chinese buffet experiences I’ve had in quite a while. Staff will swoop in and take empty plates and leave a bill pretty promptly which may make some people feel rushed but I think they are just trying to be as efficient as possible.”

“Been eating here for years. Never been disappointed. Pizza is heavy with cheese which is amazing. Staff is nice and orders are most always done right. Nice atmosphere, TVs are on but at a nice volume. Sometimes in the summer you can see deer across the river on the little island. You can eat outside if you want also, nice view of the river. The restaurant can be a bit busy in the summer which can slow service, but this is life for us local residents. I love eating here. The Pantry is full of cool little finds ranging from handmade soaps to candy. My small complaint is, that the Pantry not open everyday as it should be. I recommend this restaurant fully. YUMMY”

“Terrific local spot to get a delicious meal. The weather was nice enough for us to sit outside on the shaded patio and enjoy the charm of the area. Tons of veggie options, fresh and delicious. Started off with the eggplant (amazing), got the chard gnocchi and tomato salad. For dessert we got the basil ice cream and some sort of cake (can't remember), it was fantastic. Debated going down the street for a big cone but glad we got dessert here with a pot of chamomile tea and enjoyed. The inside was very charming but we couldn't resist taking advantage of the nice weather, but we will certainly return if we're in the area.”
