What a cute coffee shop!! 5/5 for ambiance and the staff was very nice!

Inspire Cafe hosted our wedding dinner for us and our families, and it was pure magic! The warm atmosphere, the tables, the FOOD — all just so beyond what I thought possible. We are so grateful for the care and love put into our special event. Everything was so incredible from the charcuterie to the table settings with gorgeous fresh flowers, to the chicken tinga tacos, to the made from scratch key lime pie and ice cream sundae cake. The honey chai (I got it iced) was heavenly, and their coffee creations are also top notch.

Inspire Cafe is an amazing gem in Ashland, NH. I highly recommend a visit. You won't be disappointed! The staff is charming, the food delicious and the atmosphere unique. I attended an event tonight at the cafe spotlighting a local author. The event was very well attended, a great presentation with a followup of interesing questions and converstions. Inspire cafe is a wonderful addition to the community.

Had the strawberry walnut baked oats and a s'mores cold brew coffee. One of the best light breakfasts I've had in a while. Prompt and pleasant servers as well

Healthy, seasonal soups and salads along with fresh pastries and a variety of teas, coffee, and espresso drinks served up in a BEAUTIFUL environment. Great vibe!
