Hanging with friends and making memories whether it was down in the cozy bar & lounge, recapping our morning hike in the breezy screened-in porch or walking the grounds to the crystal clear river which winds through the property. “I spent New Year’s Eve at the pub downstairs at Franconia Inn, not only was the ambience outstanding but the food was also delicious! I also had breakfast at the dining room upstairs which was just as amazing. The service at both restaurants was top notch and everyone was very attentive. I can not wait to go back and not only stay, but to eat too!”

“I really wanted to love this place but it didn't live up to my expectations. I love bacon and when I saw my double bacon order was thin, nearly transparent precooked bacon, it just ruined it for me. Service and homemade bagels were fantastic but the bacon left a lot to be desired.”

“The Chef here really does a good job. I’m from Texas, home of chicken fried steak, and so of course we ordered it and my wife said it was the best she had ever had. Not sure about that but it was damn good with a tender piece of meat. Not the typical grizzly cut. We’ll be back to try some other dishes. Dianne, the sever was great.”

“I've only had the chance to stop in once, rather briefly, but I enjoyed it. I stopped in, got a medium roast drip coffee (and a bonus donut), then left to conquer the day. The donut was incredible and a nice addition to the coffee. The atmosphere initially let off a warm/homey feel. I especially enjoyed the music that was playing, which I always find important in this sort of setting. While in I was able to spot several other sweet products that seemed absolutely delicious, and also got a peak at the breakfast and lunch menu; they looks great! I look forward to, if time permits, stopping by again, and eating some of their food, with another drink!”
