“We stopped here because the patio is pet friendly. Friendly is the key word at this place. My slip said Tiffany, but several people helped my family and dog. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The waitresses brought out water for our dog on a hot day, went back in for a kids menu and crayons, checked up on us frequently, anticipated our needs perfectly, and never once made us feel like anything other than family! Stuck to the fried seafood when we ordered. Everything was lightly battered, crisp and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and clams were a standout. If you are in the area or passing through, do not pass up a chance to visit George's. I'm going to have to come back for the ribs!”

“Ordered the new Mozzarella sticks and the spicy nuggets. I am informed that they don't carry the spicy nuggets anymore, but it was still on the menu board. Fine I order regular nuggets and ask for marinara sauce for the sticks. I get my food and leave. Barely warm sticks and no sauce. I go back and they give me hot ones, like the ones I wanted before I had to turn around.”

“Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast when visiting my brother who lives up in the area! We had the most friendly waitress and the food was a basic good breakfast! Would definitely visit again! All meals were good! They have local art up and for sale in the restaurant which is very fun for someone out of town at least!”

“Amazing food for vegetarians & vegans. The forest roll! Insanely authentic & fresh. Best Thai I've had in the U.S. it's crazy that it's in New Hampshire.”

“This place starts with a casual atmosphere, perfect for a diner. The staff is super friendly and accommodating throughout, always checking in. We went during a very busy time but we never felt rushed. The menu is great and the food is fantastic! Lots of fresh food with local options. I highly recommend this place if you are in Plymouth or looking for a bite just off the highway”

“Excellent service and the food was terrific. We had a 4 way pizza that was done perfectly with not too much dough and cooked just right. We also had a steak tip salad that could have come from a 5 star New York restaurant. The tips were marinated well and cooked to perfection, mixed with fresh veggies. We left full, satisfied and it was easy on the wallet. Friendly staff upfront and behind the lines. PSC grad '82.”

“Long wait time and disappointed in the quality we recieved. Meatball sub was hardly toasted and way too much sauce both made the sub so soggy I didn't want to finish it. Reuben also wasn't toasted enough and tasted just okay. Nothing spectacular like other reviews might lead you to believe. At best average.”

“My friend and I visit this fine establishment often. The eerie vibe makes for great conversation topics. I truly enjoy swatting the fruit flies away from the duck / soy sauce. The food comes out fast and piping hot. The waitress is a touch sassy but don’t lie to yourself, we all enjoy a lil sass in our life. Hong Kong, thank you for airing all the newest movies like aqua man ! Love u guys #hongkong4lyfe”

“Great spot on Main St, hands down the best Reuben I have ever had. Great beer selection, live music and separate space on three season porch. Will visit again.”

“Not the best parking but food was tasty. Very nice and clean too. The workers were easy going and didn't mess up any of my groups orders.”

“The food was really good and they had vegan options for my brother (ask for the vegan menu). Wasn't too expensive. Would be 5 stars, but the restaurant was incredibly hot! It would have been a better experience if we weren't so uncomfortably warm.”

“Awesome food, great service. Prices are very reasonable. I got the calzone which is $10 and the wife got the Stromboli for $10.50. They came on pizza trays! Either one of these can be split between two people and would still make a great meal, which means dinner for two at a great restaurant could be had for less than $30 bucks even if you toss in a couple drinks. Highly recommend!”

“This is a smaller restaurant with a matching menu. The staff wasn't super attentive given how quiet it was, but this is always a balancing game for the server, too attentive and you're pushy not attentive enough and you're being slammed. The food was well crafted and priced appropriately and I might even say a little on the low side for some dishes. The only complaint I have is their men's room was disgusting, it looked like ir was in dire need if cleaning during our visit.”

“The rice is not that good to me. The bonelese spare ribs are good. They are not fatty which is good. The general tso chicken is tasty, not that spicy. The red sauce and duck sauce is nasty”

“The food was delicious, the waitress was very friendly and took great care of us! We sat at a table in front of the window and enjoyed watching the traffic and people walking by!!! You will not go away hungry as the portions are very generous!”

“Never disappointed with the excellent food, service, staff, or ambiance. Lots of options for dining - two bars you can be seated at without reservation on Fri/Sat evening as space allows, and the main one, downstairs, every evening, cozy dining rooms, and even the front porch in season/weather permitting. I usually opt for the imaginative nightly dinner specials, and a nice glass or wine, or one of their excellent martinis. One note, as some seem confused regarding lunch (but it couldn't be simpler!) - you order and pay at the front counter, take a seat in the dining room, bar, or porch, and your food is delivered (you can get an alcoholic drink, too, just mention to your server at the counter). There is no table service during lunch, so grab your napkins, utensils, soup crackers, etc. on your way to your desired seat, and prepare to be satisfied!”

“Played on a Tuesday for the $38 for golf and a cart. Would not pay any more. We teed off at 7:00 AM - some greens were just being mowed when we finished around 10:45. Too many fairways were simply just dirt, but they were watering it, making it mud. Most fairways were indistinguishable from rough.”

“The food was pretty good, I got the Farmhouse Alfredo. It was a little more runny than I like but the flavor was all there. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was great too! Although I did not pay this time, I know the cost and I'd say it was priced higher than it was worth in taste and quantity but all around a good spot to try. I would not suggest eating there again but if someone wanted to go I would not be upset”

“This restaurant is fantastic! Been here a few times now, and each meal was delicious. Their drink menu and desserts are equally as scrumptious. The lobster sliders are the best I've ever had! The view isn't bad either. Will definitely be back!”

“My husband are new to New Hampshire and now live a scenic 30 minute drive from the Manor on Golden Pond. I suggested we try it to celebrate my 62nd birthday in early December. I fell in love with the property. It takes you back in time. We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful and delicious birthday dinner. I will always want to celebrate my birthday at Manor on Golden Pond...lovely and quiet. High on the hill.”

“My favorite, go-to place to dine! Always get the drink special which includes local ingredients that are almost always from the garden on site. We always start with the cheese board which is always a treat. Make sure you ask for Steve! Best waiter EVER! Great to sit outside a cool day. The secret sauce with the fries is a staple. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy with blankets for outside if it gets chilly. Sometimes a piano player literally rolls in with his piano on a trailer and plays for you! A great night out with quality food and service.”
