    What a great spot! Ended the evening here with a cocktail or two. All the staff we super welcoming and engaging, one found us seats at the bar, another was seated next to us enjoying a drink while not working and chatted about the menu, and everyone behind the bar was happy to talk about the drinks. Menu looked amazing with a couple great looking veggie options, unfortunately we had just eaten.
    Thanks a bunch for the bartender's handshake!

    good cocktails , interesting food that is tasty and well done. Service was a bit slow tonight but we weren't in a rush. it would four stars but my wife is getting extremely ill. nothing to do with the food at Birch as I ate exactly the same thing just bad timing.

    Love the birch! Always interesting menu and drink list. Great service and atmosphere. Food is served as it's cooked, which is a departure from the usual, but is fresher and lends to a more interactive dining experience (you share more;)).

    My Rating: 4.6... It's a newer concept for the Manchester, NH food scene. Small plate Tapas! Fun but expensive date night of share dishes and conversing which dish tasted the best. Talented Chef with a rotating seasonal menu. Crafted cocktails and good service add to The Birches charm.
