From the beginning, Amanda and her team were extremely helpful answering all our questions and helping us nail down all the details leading up to the party. They arrived right on time and were very organized the day of the party. The food was incredible! We had a bbq menu that even covered vegetarians and all our guests kept commenting on how amazing it was. While the food was delicious, the best part was the staff because they were extremely professional and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Customers seem to be snobby and most concerned about cutting in front of people... HOWEVER the food here is absolutely fantastic, and the customer service is always top notch. I love their blue berry antioxidant smoothie, everything they make is fresh and made from delicious ingredients. If you have time, and aren't grabbing on-the-go, I would highly recommend taking a few minutes and relaxing upstairs in their beautiful lounge. The atmosphere is charming and rustic- and there is a fire place to keep you warm in the winter.”

“I had done an Uber eats order from this location. The order was incorrect. The salad came without chicken. Nate, the manager on duty went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I'm disabled and often unable to drive and his assistance was unbelievably kind and helpful!! This location has a loyal customer now! I've never had so much kindness shown to me. “On the whole this is a good location to visit. The lot entry is after the exit on the road . it's a busy location, but still moves well at the drivethru. The only issue I've had is that the men's room toilet is impossible to use while sitting unless you sit crooked on it or are missing your right leg from midthigh down. The toilet paper dispenser is there. It would be a fantastic idea to relocate the toilet paper dispenser to about 6 inches above the handrail for the convenience and comfort of customers...”

“Wow the best Dunkin Donuts in The city of Nashua and I have not had a chance to review the others in the city but I have been to most of them. This location is awesome and the best. I always ask for like extra extra extra extra cream cheese and Sir James got it right the first time I went in. He put it is the system correctly and I complimented him and he was so nice. One of the managers or I think she is a manager Lisa is awesome also she got my order correct the first time I went to drive thru and I thanked her also. I go to a lot of places to review them and to get to know the best of the best so I may be able to go to the best and since needing to be in the area a lot I come to this location now not matter what and even if I am not in the area I make a point to go to this location even if I am on the other side of the city. I have taken a few photos for you all to see. I appreciate good service and I believe good service should be recognized and here I am recognizing this location as being the best of the best and the best service. “I cannot write how glad I am that the old McDonald's that used to be here is gone gone gone. This place has a huge menu! And the drinks are so varied! And there is an actual decent salad that can be grabbed in a drive thru! “Their bakery is open is visible to the customers, which is really fun to see. I love their coffee and pastry selections. They even let you sample the pastries! My favorite time to visit is during the fall, as their pumpkin scones are delicious! They also have lots of fresh bread that you can buy to take home, all different types. I have yet to try their sandwiches, but I hear they are also great. Definitely recommend this cafe!”

“This is probably my favorite cafe at a drives distance from my place in Boston. First things first, it has amazing view as it is right on the runway of a small airport. Having coffee and breakfast with plane taking off around you feels awesome. Food is good as well and staff very courteous. Less options for vegetarians though but there surely are some options. The main highlight of this cafe is location.”

“This Dunkin Donuts is the only one I go to now for my daily coffee. The reason??? The reason is because of the service here. Unlike many other drive thrus, this one is fast and the team is friendly and professional. It is a rarity these days to get a "thank you".
