“Tonight was our second time at Moritomo. It's an interesting place. The food is excellent but the atmosphere and wait staff is a bit odd and seemed poorly managed. I would like to experience their hibachi and private dining rooms. Small separate rooms with paper walls, no shoes allowed. It looks very novel! In the main dining room, where we've eaten both times, the tables are crammed together. It seemed like nobody knew who was responsible for what tables and the guests are all very close together. No private conversations here! Service was prompt but we were asked 3 times if anyone had taken our drink order AFTER we placed it. There seemed to be a swarm of servers looking for a table to wait on. Overall, we were happy with the experience. Everything was delicious, prompt, and correct. The staff was friendly and seemed to be skilled. We'll go back but perhaps with tempered expectations. Again, not bad by any means but unlike anywhere else we've been.”

“I've been here about half a dozen times, often for takeout. The food is always good, the staff has been quite friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that their online ordering frequently doesn't work (about 1/4 of the time). Other that that, I recommend if you like wings, burgers, etc.”

“In town for my dads funeral...Our server Kendra was amazing, the food was not as good as I've come to expect from Longhorn. Most of the 6 steaks we ordered were over seasoned, we were assured by the manager, who has been with Longhorn for 12 years, that is how the steaks are supposed to be, over salted and peppered. BS!! The mac and cheese was super dry with hardly any cheese sauce.The manager was quick to interrupt when we were speaking which I find incredibly rude and disrespectful.”

“I’m only giving a 3 because of the girl that works there. She is super nice and makes a great sandwich. The guy that works there on the other hand is so rude to me. I live next door, so I frequent weekly and from the very first sandwich I have ordered from him. He has had a chip on his shoulder. I thought he just didn’t like his job so I let it go. Then I went in one day. He was with another a customer and was super nice to them. When it was my turn. He was super rude. This has been going on for months. I will no longer go. I work in the customer service industry and would never treat anyone like this. It’s extremely disappointing.”

“The atmosphere is cafeteria casual, but this helps get lots more customers happily in and served faster. The thick clam chowder is excellent. (Ask for thick unless you're one that likes it thin.) We were celebrating a birthday and staff helped us with extra plates/silverware/napkins for the cake, ice cream, candies we brought in ourselves. Fried clams, scallops, steamers...Newicks knows how to prepare and serve them. My mouth waters just thinking of them!”

“The Morning Dew Cafe has become an anchor at the end of Loudon Rd as it nears Rte 106. If the Walmarts is on your right, just keep going, if you're coming from the other direction, it's a short ways after the Heavy Equient sales but on the left side of the road. There is ample parking. Well lit and well maintained. The small strip type mini mall is easy to see from the road with a large roadside sign. The place is well lit. Airy & spacious for a small cafe. The counter is not cluttered & its always clean. It's handicap friendly. The omelette are the specialty. Wonderful omelettes but all the menu items are prepared with care and taste good. The coffee is hot & the cup stays full. Muffins too!!”

“I enjoyed this restaurant. I got the fried native shrimp and native clams half and half dinner. The native clams were market price for $10 a half. Overall it was pretty good. We had a big party and they were easily able to sit us inside. I have been previously as well and sat on the deck. The deck has its own bar which is cool. It can get really busy around race weekends with Louden being so close, so be prepared for that. Also your GPS may bring you to some back road to get there and you won't be bale to actually pull into the restaurant parking lot. You'll have to go back to route 9 and then head north on 109.”

“A nice little place that is popular with the locals. We were a party of four during peak time for lunch and there was a bit of a wait for service and then for our food. Orders were fried oysters, fish sandwich, hamburger , and Turkey wrap. Everyone we was happy with their meal. No complaints. Place was still busy when we left.”
