“The blonde lady in the convince store inside is amazing and deserves 5 stars. The rest of the place is awful. The afternoon dunkins crew are rude. The morning crew is good. But the car wash is horrible. It reeks of pure sewage. I guess it's fine but kind of gross.”

“I’m not certain why this location doesn’t have 5 out of 5 stars. (^_^) The folks who work here are genuine, welcoming, kind, and friendly. It has been several years since I have consistently been able to have a great latte, macchiato, iced beverage, or other wise. The Derry location has nailed it! I couldn’t be more delighted. You walk I to this location and are greeted exuberantly by many of the staff. You can see the organization and hard work that goes into each of the products they prepare. I couldn’t be more pleased as a consumer to frequent this store. My deepest gratitude for all of your hard work and smiles. Rae~”

“I was greeted when I walked in. A young woman with blonde hair, I am not going to mention her name to prevent unwanted "friends" on her social media accounts, interacted with customers and answered questions, especially about Americus restaurant. Wines and other drinks, wine 🍷 accessories, a cafe, take home 🏡 food and limited seating are also inside. Great 👍 service from other staff members. I found housewarming gifts for my family. Around the side of the building the ticket 🎫 booth was located. Friendly service there as well. I recommend a visit! I don't even drink 🍷 wine and I liked it. If you don't like crowds, you may not want to visit. The LaBelle Lights Fire and Ice festival was actually on the golf ⛳ course grounds next to the Market. It was freezing 🥶 cold so shows were limited. A young woman was spinning a flaming baton in her hand. The cold wind were so strong it blew out the 🔥 fire! The Christmas lights were interesting. The walk takes about ten minutes, but, taking photos is very popular and adds time. The fire they lit was great to warm up by, but, didn't seem safe with the wind and lawn starting to burn. I still had a good time!”

“This is your standard dd. However, on a typical day, the order is never right. Literally. On random occasions, like this past Saturday morning, it was amazing. Fast and friendly service and everything was made correctly. Ordered several breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and donuts.”

“It was super busy. I went in for a beverage only in 100° F heat. Crazy crowds. Good location for the area.”

“Love the coffee factory. I went a few days ago and saw my favorite drink (the grasshopper) was no longer on the board and a nice gentleman at the counter said we can still make it. The only downside to this wonderful little spot is that you have to go early because they frequently run out of bakery items. Great little place if you are driving through Derry or are a local looking for a cute new spot.”

“Great concept, and something different, quiet and quaint! Got an egg bowl which was good, but the veggies and cheese were not cooked or heated, just cold and crunchy, would have been nice if the whole meal was served warm. I asked for a top off on my coffee and was told they do not offer refills, which is disappointing, especially after spending$40 in breakfast!”

“Polite staff but unorganized and screwed up order twice. The cashier that Took my payment was super nice and polite”

“Panera is a good option for when you dont want clogged arteries and what some quick to eat. With that being said, Panera in general just is not worth the cost for what you get. The prices are insane and I don't find value for my dollar - bottom line. Ordered a "cold brew" today and it literally tasted sour and not like coffee at all. Very disappointing.”

“Dealing with the CHAOS called life I went into this dunks needing my coffee, desperately!!! I needed more caramel swirl added to my drink & the lady Amy, was so sweet & went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. About a half hour after leaving I walk into my nail salon to realized I don’t have my wallet. Sheer panic mode ensued. BUT when I got there I instantly hear Amy - not only telling me that she had my wallet - but she had also already found me on Facebook and messaged me to let me know she had my wallet ???? Fantastic store with fantastic people”
