Cafe Mediterraneo

Server was Mindy and she was great! Food was yummy, though the meatball was a tad dry. I'd go back for Italian again there. Good bread, served warm. Good apps and great dinner...

My wife and I stopped in here for dinner. We did not have a reservation but we were seated right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. The menu is good size (classic Italian). We ordered drinks. These came promptly also with a basket of bread and dipping oil. Our food was ordered and also came out quickly and was hot and ready to eat. The meal was amazing. I will definitely be back to done here.

I eat here with my step son 2-4 times a year and have tried many dishes, regular menu items and different specials. They also have great wine and specialty cocktails. To boot an amazing long time staff. I always feel welcome here. I've never had one bad experience. So happy to have this special spot with him.

Delicious food, excellent service, great value; that sums up my experience tonight. To be honest, I went in trying to not expect too much and left wanting for more. My only regret is not having tried Cafe Mediterraneo prior to today. Don't just read this review- GO!

The food was excellent and the portions were big enough, without paying an arm and a leg. The lobster ravioli was fantastic! My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and each received a few different cocktails from the talented and experienced bartender there. Nick had a great personality and he made for a memorable experience at Cafe Mediterraneo! Worth a trip to Portsmouth!
