“Decent selection of food at this casino buffet. They had everything from Asian dim sum (mostly various steamed dumplings). They offered everything from steaks, sushi, fried chicken, crab legs, numerous dessert options. This was a pretty significant selection compared to other locations offerings. Really surprised by everything they offered and the quality was very good which is always a plus for a casino buffet. I'd definitely come back again during my next visit.”

“I visited this famous sandwich shop once many years ago. My most recent visit found it virtually unchanged. This is a good thing. When I go to a famous landmark like White House Sub Shop I want to feel that I am experiencing history. that is what I felt here. I had the pepper and egg sandwich with sausage. It was excellent. The bread (which is delivered several times a day from a nearby bakery) was very fresh. The eggs, peppers, and sausage were done to my liking. There is a feeling of community at White House Sub Shop. Many customers are locals and regulars. he service was prompt and even during the lunch rush I did not have to wait long for my sandwich. I highly recommend that you stop here the next time you are in Atlantic City.”

“The owner, Uncle Fester, is very friendly. He even once offered to "take care" of my pet rooster when I was going to be out of town. Mi Familia has the best pizza and the best Channel Catty Tacos around. The manager there, Luna, is also very nice and has a beautiful coat. “Over this past weekend my family and I went to the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall for the first time and we can't wait to go back. Despite walking into a Beer Hall with two young children we were greeted enthusiastically with crayons and a coloring book to boot. Not only was the staff genuinely welcoming, but they handled my son's food allergies in a manner that made us comfortable - and not as though we were just being difficult. You'd be surprised how often we hear teeth sucking paired with "I don't think that is made with egg" or "pretty sure we don't use peanut oil." Our son's life depends on restaurant staff being transparent, and at the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall every time we asked a question, our server, without issue, checked with the kitchen. With that said, our server, Lindsey, was awesome. She checked on us often and made sure our desires were met. The owner/manager even made my son feel extra special by asking for a signed picture to hang on their refrigerator. As for the food... It was delicious and well-portioned. Everything tasted fresh - bread, beef, fish, slaw. Seriously better then most casual restaurants. The beer selections are fantastic. Everything thing you'd want was on tap from lights, farmhouses and sours, to heavyweights. Their canned beer options were just as exciting. I know a few have complained about the pricing, and yes, it was a tad pricey, but it was WELL worth the cost. Facilities are clean, aesthetics are cool - and I need to get back there when the outdoor section is open.”

“Very disappointing! The sandwiches are fabulous, but we ordered ham egg and cheese and there was no cheese. When I told them they insisted I didn't order cheese!!! I showed them the clearly marked receipt. Then they said they could melt some cheese on it! They should get the order right the first and should never challenge and lie to a customer!!! I just want to get what I pay for.”
