    Three (3) stars because the music is blaringly loud! I have no idea why. It is not relaxing at all. I think they started playing the music loud recently, I don't recall it being so loud. I asked the manager to lower the volume and she did but then raised it got louder on the next song so not sure if it's automatic or she raised it. Either way it's not fun to be here with the music so loud. Some might like it and feel and feel relaxed, but I surely do not.

    12/26/2018: volume of music seemed improved.

    . The employees are beyond nice and the coffee is amazing. Its also not crazy loud like some other places when i try to do work and seriously the employees are super nice, always say hi and have a smile. And walk around sometimes just to say hi and ask how people are doing.

    The staff is amazing! Rob especially is a sweetheart. They're always quick to fix any mistakes they make and the food tastes great.
