Starbucks

I am writing to you because I want to let you know how amazing Nicole Tommarazzo is that works in the Northvale location. As I pull up at the drive thru she makes me smile. I look forward to getting my coffee every morning. She is a lovely person and I’m so happy she works here. She makes my day a little brighter.

Enjoy my coffee and Red Velvet Cake. The music plays low so you can have a conversation with family or friends. Can sit quietly if you prefer.

Delightful experience. The woman at the window who always knows me. Don't know her name but she's there every morning, mostly at 10 am.

I absolutely love the people here. Kelly the manager has sincerely been amazing throughout my Starbucks visit and the crew members are super sweet and welcoming. They take great care of you and make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and make sure your orders are properly done and accurate. I come here to study occasionally and every time I come here, the staff are super welcoming and smiley! I love it. One of my favorite Starbucks to come to.

Friendly staff and efficient with their service. The interior could use a bit more table seating as I prefer the work from ho w Starbucks feel. Drive thru is very convenient when you need a quick Starbucks fix.
