“Went here overnight and it was only one gentleman working and 7 customers on line. I know it doesn’t get that busy at those hours but he was panicking and rushing through others. I was trying to pay with some coupons and credit card but he wasn’t accepting my coupons and wasn’t trying to figure out why just because there was a line. So I just gave him my credit card and paid for the order. I don’t know how this place runs during the day but that was my first experience as a customer there.”

“I've always resisted going to Panera in general, but the few times I've been to this location, I've had a good experience. Salads, particularly the Thai Chicken is very flavorful and rewarding. Soups "look" good but never had. Value is moderate and serving sizes adequate, but this location requires additional cashiers and food prep employees to keep up with the customer load.”

“It's great, but please, please, please replace the plastic feet of the chairs. The steel chair leg bottoms make an AWFUL grinding, shrieking sound whenever anyone pulls them in and out, and that sound grates on your nerves and is awful to hear at any time, but especially early in the morning when you haven't yet woken up fully. (I attached a picture of one of the legs with and one without a plastic cover.) (The men's bathroom door also has a grating shriek when opened and probably just needs a drop of oil.) These chair leg caps (and a few drops of oil for the door) are probably inexpensive, but even if expensive, they would be worth it to your customers and can make the customer experience enormously better. Please, please, please do this, for the sake of those of us who enjoy eating in peace and quiet, and who enjoy calm, relaxing moments. Thank you. :)”

They're fast in getting you served and on the way again. They're also friendly. Everyone smiles when they take your order and fill it.
