“I was expecting a lot of the brisket from the other reviews. It was just ok. I should qualify though, I like my brisket naked (without sauce) so I really enjoy a spicy, textured brisket. This wasn't that but it wasn't bad by any means just not my style. The cornbread was the standout in the combo. It was perfect cornbread. It was a little moist, tasty, and well textured. I enjoyed the broccoli salad too. It was just a touch sweet and was a good finish to a heavy meal.”

“We always order take out. But we decided eat in restaurant tonight, BEST idea we had. Food was even better than the takeout, all the waiters and waitresses were phenomenal. Food was out of this world so were drinks. Will definitely be doing that again. Restuarant is very cozy and comfortable.”
