Wow, when you walk in a restaurant and got your breath taken away when you enter the door it's an amazing feeling. There's a lot to say about the environment itself, it is perfectly designed. Initially when I walk in they made me felt like i was the only one in restaurant of around 10 people. The food wowed me to the point where I have to order take home.

Had a great experience here. Great decor and not too loud. Service was top notch and no pretentious attitude. Most importantly, food was amazing! I believe this is hands down the best restaurant in the area. The quality of food and service rivals excellent Manhattan restaurants. Pro Tip: call ahead for reservations!

My husband and I stopped by Bloom on a whim while we were out for a walk. From the exceptional service to the even more exceptional food, we were blown away!! This is the kind of place we have been waiting for in our area and I cannot wait to return and try dinner!!

As a restauranteur I always find myself critiquing other establishments. But for those of you that want to try something truly spectacular then you should try BLOOM.

Let me first start with the ambiance, it reminds me of when I travel to LA, soft tones on the walls, the lighting is absolutely perfect and the layout is superb.

The food, as a culinary chef myself and being trained by some of the best including the 57/57 restaurant at the Four Seasons in NYC, I was truly amazed by the infusion of Korean and French flair.
The octopus was perfectly cooked, the flavors on point and above all the presentation was a 10. For those of you that love bone marrow which is a very hard find in a NJ restaurant, this may be the very best I ever had. And last but not least you have to try there Strawberry Parfait all homemade by the chef owner who is a culinary graduate.

Although it has 38 seats only, I believe this will be one of the best restaurants in North Jersey. I’m hoping that I will be able to get a table in a few months as I was they aren’t even officially open yet.

A very rare gem, something Verona NJ truly needed!
