Pizza was Delicious ! If you’re looking for that fresh homemade coal fire pizza this is the place ! Very nice owners too, enjoyed my visit to the Verona Grimaldi’s
Honestly it was only ok. Pasta dishes are not what they should be for an establishment like this. Personal pizzas are good but nothing to write home about. Not bad if you just want a quick bite but Verona has better places in town.
Love the food here, highly recommend this place. I came down from Canada to visit some college buddies a few weeks ago and we went here - great food and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the US.
Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The eggplant pie is one of my favorites. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are and the oven they have just adds to the flavors. My family has pizza night every Friday night and we only get from Grimaldi’s. Staff is very friendly, and delivery is on point every time! Definitely the place to go in Verona!
I was finally able to buy a pie from here last week. I'm disappointed with their business hours. They are closed on Tuesdays, you can only go there for lunch on Friday and Saturday and the other days they open at 5pm. I called ahead and tried to order a pie with pepperoni and sausage but was informed that they were out of sausage. They offered me meatball topping as an alternative but I declined and asked to just make it pepperoni. The gentleman I met at the restaurant was nice and courteous and I appreciated the conversation he struck up with me and the glass of water he offered during my short wait. I believe his name was Kevin. I'm giving a 3 star rating for their weird business hours and my first pie from them falling short on taste. Maybe I was jaded with the fact that the first few times I happened to be in the area and just tried walking in they were closed or maybe it was the lack of one of my favorite toppings. Everyone deserves a second chance. So I will try them again...
