“It is located where the old CVS sat. There is ample parking. The store has a similar layout and feel of a Key Foods for me. Isles are narrow compared to larger supermarket chains. The variety of brands is limited. Some sale items are good but generally the prices are a bit higher compared to larger supermarket chains.”

“Fantastic pastries including muffins, croissants, and apple turnovers. Always enjoy my stop at Manhattan Bagel West Orange for coffee and nearly any other meal or snack for the day. The most amazing toasted plain bagel with butter and an amazing cheesesteak. Always a nice touch of fruit with a sandwich. Love all their iced or hot espresso and coffee drinks. The best, most helpful and efficient service. Looking forward to my next visit. Amazing helpful and expedient service and delicious coffee and espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches and hash brown. “I am a serious Dunkin coffee regular customer and I suggest the local West Orange Northfield Ave store. Angel is an excellent employee and the rest of the crew. Always super nice and the coffee is amazing every time. NO complaints here. I do sometimes go to other Dunkin locations but they are never as clean, friendly or hot fresh coffee.”

“I came here for dinner and got a BYO pick 2 and all of this was only 10 bucks! I ate in and had my food delivered to me. I didn't know they did that! I really liked the new system where you can place your order on a touch screen station and use a pager so the server knows where to bring the meal. Really lovely staff here and quick service. Very busy the whole night but plenty of space to sit and relax while chatting with friends.”

“Ice cream was awesome, customer service while waiting was great. We ordered $50 worth of ice cream, we got home which was 5 minutes away. The brownie ice cream containers spilled all out. I called and spoke to the manager, she was loud rude and never even gave us an apology. Ive been to other Cold Stones and never had our ice cream spilled out that way. The containers they use are cheap and not made for brownie sundaes. The only way I was told to get a refund was to bring back all containers that spilled out, along with the bag that fell apart.. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I decided to consider it a lost and a lesson learned. Terrible customer service considering how much we spent.”
