Chili's Grill & Bar

We ordered a combo with a slice of cheesecake which we never got but we did pay for it. Didnt check my email until went home n realized it. But the ambience is good.

I like dinning at Chilli's most of the times. Their prices/deals are great. Most of their servers are pleasant and well trained regarding the menu. The big big problem I have is with their front desk hostesses. There's one there to greet you and on almost all of the occasions the girls display a lack of appreciation for your coming in. No professionalism, body language is poor, they walk well ahead of you and that's given that you guess that they're seating you because they don't tell you "please follow me". The server tonight was great. Patient, knowledgeable about the menu and it's preparation. The Magarita chicken portion is much too little, but the ribs were moist and flavorful. Overall keep up the good job but just train and better manage your front desk hostesses. Keep this in mind...."Inspect what you Expect"

Their 2 for $25 is a very good deal if you want to enjoy a decent meal without over paying then it's the right place for you. Staff and service was good. My only complaint about this location is the booths are a little small.

It's Chili's. You should know what to expect. I wanted a low key bar to watch football at without the typical Jet fans yelling whenever they get a first down. For a "quiet" Sunday football experience- not a bad choice. For anything else, you either like this food or it's familiar and if so they stay with corporate standards so you're in decent hands.
