Liberty House Restaurant

I took my parents to eat there for their birthday. Very elegant spot. Beautiful view of the city. Beautiful outdoor area. The sushi is amazing! The dinner meals are a bit pricey but the portions are big and the food is prestigious.

I want to go back again but possibly for lunch because they have good specials. I would definitely go in the summer time so I can enjoy the outdoor area.

Great food & service. Did not give it 5 stars due to that they had run out of 2 items on the menu at mid brunch which we were looking forward to ordering. Considering the limited brunch menu, should have offered something similar or planned better. Will try again.

My wife and I did our wedding at Liberty House in December 2018, and we were immensely pleased with our experience. Aside from the amazing views of downtown Manhattan, Liberty House itself was nicely decorated with an impressive rear patio with fire pits. The food at this place was very good. We were very surprised at how much food was provided our guests. Our guests raved about the quality of the food days after the event. You would do well holding your wedding or event at Liberty House.

We had a great lunch and the view was absolutely spectacular. We were a table of 2 in a not so crowded restaurant and we were sat between a table of maybe 9 people and a wall. They could have probably moved us to one of the many open tables, but they never even offered/checked. The only consolation was that we were near a window with that gorgeous view of the skyline.

The food was very good and the wine recommendation paired well. We will be excited to come back again the next time we are up this way.

Wonderful for a nice brunch or a romantic date.

Staff needs to get over themselves. It's a nice restaurant; that doesn't make you better than other people.
