Delicious food, small batch craft beer made on premises and from NJ brewers and their own produced spirits. All food was prepared farm fresh to table. Very sustainable, quaint, friendly and most important, just plain good.
Fantastic farm-to-table restaurant with seasonal fare. The Troon Brewing beer served on-tap is out of this world and is worth returning for all by itself. Their sausage and gravy over biscuits was amazing. Other dishes I've tried while good were not as standout.
Divine. The hostess made special accommodations for my party of three even though they were booked solid. The food was delicious and tasted so fresh. The prices were higher than usual dining (their Grass-Fed Hamburger is $16), but it's worth every penny. Will be back for sure.

My husband and I have been to the Brick Farm Tavern many times over the past two years and we love the experience here. I'm writing a review to give some constructive criticism. Before new management took over I felt that every meal here was absolutely phenomenal. I was wowed by each detail. Since new management has come in I feel that the experience as a whole has been stepped down slightly. We came in today and I noted a few things to comment on. The music was not carefully selected today. Seems like a minor detail to some, but the bad pop playing over the speaker really did not fit the ambiance of the restaurant and we found it to be distracting and a bit distasteful. The servers are lovely but I think more careful attention should be paid to their appearance/clothing so that they all look neat and professional. The food during our last few visits has been "good" where it was once outstanding, and the desserts were tasty but simply presented where they used to wow with their skilled artistic presentation. In a nutshell we love this restaurant for all that it is doing, and truly believe in it's ability to be outstanding... just wanted to leave our honest opinion that we feel it somehow used to be better. Thank you.
