Good lunch spot. Lots of food for reasonable price. I hope it sticks around!

I really really like this place. It's not mind-blowing but it's good portions of good food at good prices. The setup is similar to a Chipotle where you can design your own bowls or go with a precrafted option. The service is great, everyone working there is very polite and fast and happy to answer questions. For a great lunch under ten dollars it's hard to beat in Princeton.

Inside it is cramped and the flow of ordering starts you near the door..this led to me having to constantly move out of the way of people coming and going. The seating is sparce (3 tables only) and the restroom is not in the space where you order/eat (have to walk outside to adjoining building).
That said the food was very good (though I had to wait for more tofu) we went during lunch so it took a little bit but the flavor and freshness of the bowl I got was wonderful.
I would recommend take out since their store is so small.
Food is a 4.5 or 5 but that first encounter left me asking a lot of questions about planning and layout...I will definitely go back and adjust my rating on the second pass, worth a visit to be sure.

Healthy and delicious food. They serve korean food with the combination of tacos and burritos. Medium bowl was about $9, came with rice, vegetables, meat, and three choices of sides!!
