    Excellent food and the staff took every care from a safety perspective in times of this pandemic. We (group of 8) were indoors and they followed the NJ state regulation in terms of capacity limitation. Has a nice outdoor extension for a warmer day.

    One of my memorable time during US Visit – Food @ The Mint Restaurant, Princeton New Jersey…

    I look forward & strongly recommend always, to visit this restaurant on my every visit to US, I am down to their hospitality & a delicious food with varieties of option, along with chats, deserts, sweets much more with minimal $ spent.
    What else can be expected, thanks guys thanks again for a wonderful lunch and dinner time I spent.

    Awesome food & place to hang on for a span of time.

    This restaurant is new to Princeton's Indian Restaurant scene and I would highly recommend the experience at Mint.

    The food is tasty, there's a lot of choice on the menu for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The taste is impeccable and the staff always wore a smile. The tables are placed a bit too close, but the ambience is great! I hope the team continues to maintain the quality and the experience. I had the Shahi vegetable curry and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try a vegetarian curry at this restaurant.

    The food, ambience and service was exceptional. I don’t think that we could have selected a better place to eat in Vancouver. All meals ordered by myself and guests were given high praise. The staff was top notch, being there when you required them but also giving you time to enjoy your meal and company.

    Amazing cuisines with delicate flavors from India. Perfect blend of spices, just right to bring out flavor as well as aroma of the cuisine...
    Service is very good with very courteous staff.
    Pricing is very reasonable considering PRINCETON location.
    Seatings and decor follow simple rules of aesthetics, yet comfortable. A good place for family and friends.
