“Very delicious. I brought one of my best friends from out of town and she still talks about the vegan ricotta from this place every time I see her. It is the highlight of every reunion that I impress her with amazing local vegan food because she lacks access in western NY. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner (or one of them?) when we were there and she was an absolute peach. I’m not vegan so I can vouch their other menu items are delicious as well. “Been to the Brooklyn location. Was a huge fan of how they run the place. Every single thing that comes out tastes awesome. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and put care into the food. One thing that stands out are their employees, all of them have great customer service, are super attentive, kind and informative. They engage you to understand the menu and make sure you enjoy the whole dining experience. I ate at this Edison location after it opened and it mirrored the same great experience in Brooklyn! Management/owners are doing a good job. I highly recommend eating here :)”
