“The absolutely best Maine lobster I’ve had in a very long time! So excited to find this restaurant on the boardwalk in Asbury Park. The lobster sandwiches were generous and delicious! We came back the next day for more seafood and had lobster and shrimp sandwiches. The last time I had lobster this good was years ago when I was in the retail seafood business. “Wow wow wow! First timers here and it was amazing. we got it Togo and will definitely be eating there next time just to chat and hang with the staff. We got ribs, chopped brisket, sliced brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and fries and I loved everything! Making my own little sandwiches with the red onions and pickles and the sauce was so fun and right up my alley! Can’t wait to go back! Prob next weekend!”

“Really high quality sushi. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten here. My latest favorite is the “Passion Sashimi Salad” - it has ripe mango and really good raw fish that melts in your mouth. “I was excited to try David Burke's pop up restaurant since I heard good things about his other restaurant Drifthouse. Unfortunately the experience didn't live up to the expectations of a restaurant owned by a celebrity chef. We split everything that we ordered. I was disappointed with the appetizer which came was barely tepid. The ? was a little over done but better than Modine's (for those who don't know, Asbury Kitchen opened where Modine's used to be). The soft shell crab was excellent and I would order that again after trying a few other items. It has potential but my visit today fell short of expectations for brunch to cost $100 for 2 after tax and tip They have a week to refine everything before my dinner reservations next week”

“It's wonderful on Mondays because there is Drag night with Nikki and she's a phenomenal host and performer! Besides it's a great little bar to have a few drinks and actually dance to Spanish music in the area. The only downside is the heat is never on in the winter and the a.c. never on in the summer so it gets hot and on weekends it's super packed. Honestly recommend going because it's definitely an experience.”
