“So, I have Celiac Disease & haven’t been out to eat in 14 years because of my fear of gluten cross-contamination. I saw in the window that they had Gluten-Free subs. I went in, got a Regular #11 on an Udi’s brand Gluten-free sub. Frickan FANTASTIC! Yes, I was a bit desperate to feel ‘normal’ again, to sit in a place & actually say I had gone out to eat, but the whole experience goes much deeper than that. I’ve been back a dozen times over the 2018 year. I have NEVER gotten sick from the subs, even though I am extremely sensitive to Gluten. The associates were meticulously careful when preparing the sub. They changed their gloves, wiped down the meat slicer, put the roll on a separate tray, and made absolute sure that nothing jeopardized the sub. They never have an attitude that it’s an inconvenience, and carefully walk me through each step of the toppings. The store is always clean. Condiments, soda machine, ice, and napkins are always filled. The workers are always very attentive. The Manager that I always see there; big guy with a darker complexion and dark hair. Let me say say this about him; you’re a manager at a sub shop, but you approach it as though you’re a top executive at a large Fortune 500 corporation, while still having fun with your co-workers. We need more of that work ethic and positive attitude in the service industry! He’s great at his job, and it reflects on those that work with him. Lastly, although not the only great worker, Zoe is absolutely wonderful! She remembers her customers by name AND their preferred subs! The other workers are always in a happy mood with her. Jersey Mike’s has been a lifesaver for me. I’ve recently been to a couple of other JM stores. Great, but not as good as the Neptune one. Thank you for helping me to enjoy dining out again. Sorry if this review is so long. You only had to read it once. Go there and see for yourself.”

“Very pleasant experience it's MacDonald's so you know about the food. They added more services - after ordering, if you're eating there, you find a seat of your choice and they bring your good when it's ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If MacDonald's is trying to upgrade their image, they're doing a pretty good job! As I said, the food's pretty much the same, but the friendly and helpful atmosphere is much improved. They also now have a $6 lunch that includes sandwich/burger of your choice, fries, drink, and dessert. I was very pleased with the entire experience.”
