The employee told me which coffee was which so I separated them and when I gave the "almond milk" drink to my boyfriend turns out I drank the almond and he drank the whole milk and is lactose intolerant so he is not feeling so well. I'm so disappointed cause I really wanted to enjoy our drinks without having someone mixing the two up. What a simple task... thoroughly upset. Although I upped it two more stars from my previous paragraph to applaud the delicious mac & cheese and dark roast coffee I got.”

“The place is convenient, the staff is nice and serves fast. My coffee is almost always perfect. However I've noticed it depends on who makes it. For example, my caramel latte today didn't have caramel. I think they should train all the staff on the standard preparation and stick to it so customers can have what they expect to have every time.
