“Only one guy knew how to make the drinks. He had to tell the other two newly hired girls how to make some of the drinks. The cashier didn't listen and tried to charge us for a refill thinking we kept wanting another latte. As a gold members, I get free refills on hot/cold tea and coffee. I told her that several times and she still rang it up as another latte. Finally the manager had to step in to tell her to take off the latte because I was asking for a hot coffee. That's free. Again, because she's new I'm assuming that was why she misunderstood. At least that is what I call "benefit of doubt." They also renovated and the bars are lower so you can actually see them better. There's also a bar by the counter to sit at. The garbage can is still a mess but what are you going to do when it's busy? In time, I'm going they're going to be the success that I believe they can be.”

They also own another one on route 9 N near shop rite/david's bridal in Freehold. Met the son, who runs them...good business sense. “Although at first they made my order wrong I’m still rating them very highly because of the way they handled the solution. Everybody makes mistakes and I think we need to remember that sometimes. The associate Rachel was happy to remake my order because it was incorrect and was very polite: There are a lot of Dunkins but this is one of the good ones.”

Finally some real corned beef hash that I've been looking for instead of canned .Delicious .I used to hate this place, but I gave it one more try and they said the chef took everything over and made a lot of changes.
